what: a crack meme for crack fun :)

how: put your character and fandom in the subject of your comment in some form. otherwise, the rest is up to you. first-person, prose, action, etc. you decide.

one rule: if you are planning to play out a mature subject in your thread/the thread turns mature in any way (ie. murder, sex, etc.) put a warning in the subject at the moment the mature subject starts.

I-it's not your fault. [His gaze drops to his bare feet.] It's mine.

[He turns around to face the animals that were with him, but once he does, the Pidove all fly off elsewhere, disappearing from sight and leaving the Zorua alone. N looks crestfallen, his shoulders drooping.] I can't do anything right... [It's just like Ghetsis said.

Eventually, he looks at Tifa again.] I-I wanna make a world for the Pokemon-- where they can be safe. I can hear them, you know. Most people can't, but... I can. They tell me about all the bad things that humans have done to them. I wanna be a hero to them a-and save them. But heroes are perfect! And all I do is mess up and disappoint everyone...

[ It breaks her heart to hear that, and Tifa shakes her head, slowly reaching her hands out, offering him a hug. It's entirely his choice if he takes it, and she'll understand if he doesn't. She can hear the sincerity in his words, feel his determination.

It reminds her of someone she knows. ] That's not true. I know lots of heroes, and they aren't perfect at all.. And even then, you have a dream, and you're working for it. I'm sure the Pokemon all think you're a hero, since you're working so hard to save them.

[He tenses, looking fearful of her again. But, by some odd shift of emotion, he does step into her arms. Maybe it's because the dream is making him act strangely-- it isn't uncommon for one to act differently in dreams, right? Or maybe it's simply the subconscious outpour of emotions he usually has to restrain, and the way Tifa vaguely reminds him of Anthea.

He listens to her words quietly. He's not so sure the Pokemon think of him as a hero... They seem to accept him as a friend, sure, but they don't seem to expect much from him. And then there's Ghetsis, whom he's always trying to please, but never can do so.] You... know heroes? [He peers up at her meekly.] Wh-what're they like?

[ She hugs him just tight enough to let him know that she wants to comfort him and nothing more. Tifa nods at his question, smiling down at him. ] Mm-hmm! They're very brave people.. they've saved the world lots of times. Even if they thought they failed, they still didn't give up.

[Despite his apparent fear of her, he also seems to be drawing quite a bit of comfort from being close to her. This kid does not get enough hugs in his life.]
They... saved the world? Really? Even after they failed...?

[He averts his eyes.] But what if... there's only one chance? [He shakes his head, distraught.] I don't want to fail, ever! F-- Ghetsis says I'm not allowed to fail... I-it's too risky, for the Pokemon... [And himself, though he wouldn't know about that.]
