where: the setting is onepassingnight's theme: dreams! so go crazy with the setting. it's your dream.

what: a crack meme for crack fun :)

how: put your character and fandom in the subject of your comment in some form. otherwise, the rest is up to you. first-person, prose, action, etc. you decide.

one rule: if you are planning to play out a mature subject in your thread/the thread turns mature in any way (ie. murder, sex, etc.) put a warning in the subject at the moment the mature subject starts.

No. It is a home and government area. Within these walls are multiple rooms for meetings of various sizes. Simply put, it's serving as my home is really a small detail. [Despite the fact she had an entire ecosystem going on in lower levels. But that was her idea of home.]
